I’m an entrepreneur and design leader from Karachi. I believe technology should work in harmony with nature. I am Co-founder and Design Lead at CreditBook, a fintech company focused on financial inclusion in Pakistan. Over seven years, I have worked at the intersection of technology and equity across several markets including the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Uganda.

CreditBook
CreditBook is a fintech company focused on providing accessible finance to underbanked businesses in emerging markets. Founded in 2020, products include an accounting app for micro and small businesses that generated 5M+ downloads, and a suite of embedded financial products built on smart underwriting decisions. As Tiger Global’s first investment in Pakistan, CreditBook has raised $12.5M in funding and has been featured in Bloomberg, Tech Crunch, Forbes and Dawn News.
Background
I have led workshops and given talks on design, technology and entrepreneurship at the Mobile World Congress, ESADE Business School, Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, Habib University, and UX Pakistan. I’ve applied sense-making methodologies and facilitated foresight workshops for the World Government Summit, UK Government Office for Science, WHO and Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital. I’ve also contributed to published research on urban knowledge systems and renewable futures.
